Dainese D-Store Manchester will be relocating over the coming months to a new location just outside of the city centre.
The new premises are just over half a mile away in Ardwick Green, located on the A6, opposite the park and close to the Apollo theatre.
The new D-Store will be two and a half times the size of the current store and will become the largest Dainese stockist in the UK, as well as one of the largest in Europe. The new store will offer on-site parking and easier access from all routes, being just off the ring road (Mancunian way).
The store’s manager Phil Tonge commented: “Travelling into Manchester city centre by motorcycle or car has become less accessible than it was 10 years ago when the store originally opened. The store and the Dainese brand have gone from strength to strength and we knew it was time to look for bigger premises in a more accessible location for our customers.
The new site is a lot more customer friendly and it’s still within walking distance of our current location. To say we’re excited about the move would be an understatement. This will be the destination store for all Dainese lovers and it will be the largest D-Store in the UK.
Unfortunately there will be some down time as we will have to close the store temporarily while we move.
We hope this won’t take too long and it will not affect online business over the festive period”.
We are still waiting for an exact date for the move, however we should know more in the next week or two.
